By T: The closest T Station is South Station on the Red Line or Commuter rail. Look for the exit marked “One Financial Center.” When you reach the street turn left in front of the building and then Walk down Essex Street one block (Essex St. is not marked but One Financial Center will be on your right and an open air parking lot on your left) until you get to South Street- our building is on the corner.  Turn left and cross South Street- the building entrance is on the right.

From the Orange Line (Chinatown stop) or Green Line (Boylston stop) walk down Essex Street for about 3 to 4 blocks respectively. You will then get to the Surface Artery—be careful crossing.  Once you get fully across, the Lincoln Street side of our building will be in front of you.  Continue on Essex Street past the building, turn right on South Street, and the entrance is on your right. 

From Downtown Crossing, walk down Summer street to Lincoln (2 blocks). Take a right on Lincoln, you will then get to the Surface Artery—be careful crossing. You will see our red brick building on the corner of Lincoln and Essex. Continue on Essex Street past the building, turn right on South Street, and the entrance is on your right. 

From Points South

Take Interstate 93 North/US-1 North/RT-3 North to Exit 20. Bear right onto off-ramp at Exit 20 to Frontage Rd (Frontage Road Northbound, New Frontage Road North). Follow signs for South Station, exiting onto Atlantic Avenue. At your second light, turn left onto Essex Street. Turn left onto South Street.

From Points North

Take I-93 South toward Boston. Take the Purchase Street, Exit #23 toward South Station. Continue on Purchase Street. Continue on Surface Road. Take a left onto Essex Street. Take a right onto South Street.

From Points West

Take I-90 (Mass Pike) east towards Boston to the Mass Pike Extension. Bear left onto off-ramp at Exit 24 A-B-C, and take Exit 24A to South Station. Drive off the ramp onto Atlantic Avenue. At the second light, turn left onto Essex Street. Take your first left onto South Street.

Parking: The closest parking lot is across the street for $25. There is a $19 lot around the corner on Lincoln Street (above MBHP). There are also a fair number of meters. Cheaper lots can be found in Chinatown, the Theatre District and across the Fort Point Channel.
